First Prize Winner for the 2024 Syracuse Poster Project.
I chose to illustrate Elizabeth "Libba" Cotten, who was an influential American folk and blues musician. She was a self-taught left-handed guitarist who played a guitar strung for a right-handed player, but played it upside down.
Some of my favorite characters from some of my favorite tv shows and films. I love the bright pop art style inspired by Warhol and Lichtenstein.
Inspired by the astrological signs, I created these illustrations using bright colors and simple geometric shapes.
